In reviewing the Real Estate Sales on Maui, we see there is a slight up tick in Residential homes sold from January thru October of this year compared with the same time period in 2010. Residential units sold rose +9% , Average Sale price rose +4% to $797,475, Median price was $435,000, -5% and Total Dollar Volume Sold + $594,119,051, +13%.

Condos sold from Jan to Oct, 2011 were the same as 2010. However the Average Sale price was down -24% and Total Dollar amount was down as well -24%.

Land Sales continue to be slow, but did show more movement over last year with Number of Sales up +7% and Average Sale Price rose +22% to $615,575, Total volume in Dollars rose +30% to $69,559,975.
