Maui Real Estate Statistics for August, 2008

In general, sales volume slipped slightly and the median price for homes made a tick upward.  Be aware that it is a small market and a few sales one way or another can make a big difference. However, we are moving in the right direction. The number of Maui properties under contract and in escrow at this moment is hovering around 300. The market may be slow but it ain't dead. Sales are being made. I will keep you in the loop as we navigate through these choppy financial times.
