The Statistics are in for Real Estate Sales in Maui for 2011.

The year ended with a slight uptick for Residential Sales on Maui: Residential Units sold rose to 898 houses up +10%,Average Sold price $787,552 up +5%, Median Price was $433,500 down -6%, and Total Dollars Volume rose to $707,221,757 up +16%.

Condo Sales on Maui did not fair as well this past year. Maui Condo Sales Units were 1,155 up a paltry +1%. Average Sold Price $485,874 down -25%, Median Price was $310,000 down-18%, and Total Dollar Volume sank to $561,184,549 down-25%.

Land Sales on Maui Land Lot Sales increased +9%, Average Sale Price rose to $616,307 up +24%, Median Sale price $305, 000 down -25%, and Total Dollar Volume rose to $75,805,725 up a whopping +34%.
